Clowns of horror return to the Roxy! This May, Michael Kennard and John Turner will take over the Roxy stage to workshop their first new play in nine years - Mump and Smoot Cracked. The workshop presentation runs May 13 to 15. For tickets and information, call 780-453-2440.
In Mump and Smoot Cracked, the clown duo will challenge their god Ummo, who is bent on the annihilation of their friendship and ultimately their very existence. The duo will once again turn conventional clowning on its head in this darkly humourous new work that ranges from zany to macabre. Not for Children!
